Choose well-lit, high-resolution photos where your pet’s face is clearly visible. Try to pick images that captures their unique personality! Front-facing shots work best.

  1. Upload a clear photo of your pet on the product page.
  2. Choose your frame color (white, black, or walnut), and preferred size (8×10", 12×16", or 18×24").
  3. Place your order — we’ll take it from there!


We want to get you your artwork as soon as possible, so we do not offer a preview. However, if you are not satisfied when you receive it, we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied!

We offer three modern frame styles to fit any home:

  • 8"x10"

Each print is beautifully framed and ready to hang.


Your portrait begins the moment you place your order.

  • Our artists create your custom portrait within 48 hours of receiving your photo.
  • Once approved, printing and framing take up to 5 business days.
  • We ship via tracked delivery straight to your door. Most orders arrive within 7–10 days from the date of your order.

Total Timeframe: You can expect your finished, ready-to-hang portrait in about 1–1.5 weeks.

At the moment, each portrait features one pet only — this ensures every detail shines.

But we know all pets deserve love! If you’re ordering multiple portraits, we offer a discount for multi-piece orders. Just reach out after checkout and we’ll take care of you.

Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your portrait, simply let us know within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make reasonable adjustments.

Refunds


Refund requests must be submitted
within 3 days of your final artwork delivery.

Custom & Physical Products


Because your portrait is custom and made to order, returns of physical framed prints or canvases are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.

What’s Not Covered


We cannot issue refunds for issues stemming from low-quality photo uploads.

Delays caused by inaccurate contact info or shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds.
